Level A: Basic Installation and/or Troubleshooting
We will come to your home and begin work based on the information you provided us during the initial conversation. You will be charged our hourly labor rate plus materials if applicable.
Level B: Consultation
We travel to your home or business to understand your needs and what you want to achieve. This lets us discuss with you the products and solutions that we believe will work in order to accomplish your goal and answer any questions you may have. Level C: Full System Design
After performing our on-site consultation we research and design a system that not only meets your needs but your budget as well. This process can take anywhere from an hour to several days depending on the scope of work. We then provide a detailed system design and scope of work in writing based on our meeting.
