Step One
After the initial consultation we research and design a comprehensive system that not only meets your needs but your budget as well. We review blueprints, drawings and circuit diagrams if available to ensure longevity and reliability. This process can take anywhere from an hour to several days depending on the scope of work. We then provide a detailed system design and scope of work in writing. You will be charged a system design fee based on the size and complexity of the job.
Design
Everything from wiring infrastructure, hardware location, control device placement, user interface design, and power management is planned out in advance. This will provide you with the best balance of functionality, reliability and aesthetics, and helps you avoid costly mistakes or change orders by having to tear up walls after they’ve been closed.
Interior Design Consultation
During this stage, we make sure to stay in constant communication with any architects, and contractors involved in the process. If you are working with an interior designer, we work closely throughout the process to make sure every component matches your home’s décor.
Pre-wire
Our team is dedicated to making your project as seamless as possible, scheduling and completing the installation of your project’s wiring within the allotted time frame. Whether you’re in a newly constructed home or upgrading your system, this infrastructure is key to having reliable service for your home security cameras, high-end audio and lighting solutions.
System installation
AVSD brings your custom-made project together by optimizing your equipment and providing sophisticated programming to unify your high-end audio, video, and/or home automation within one smart home control system. Finally get rid of the clutter of remotes in your home and bring them all together on an easy-to-use touch screen, smartphone, or smart device.
Training
Having top-of-the-line technology in your home does not mean you have to be an expert to make it all work. After your project is complete, we will provide training to make sure you understand how to operate every aspect of your smart home automation system.
