They came out with the intention of installing high-end audio equipment I already owned only to determine that it would not fit where it was intended. After listening to what we wanted for our home, some of the limitations we’ve had in the past and taking an inventory of what audio/visual/router equipment we owned, they suggested a way forward. After getting some mounts and other items they hung our TVs, hid the wires, integrated a Sonos system with existing hard wire speakers and our TV/DVR and added wireless connectivity that provides excellent coverage throughout our property (a big problem area in the past). Without being asked they also cleaned-up the “hub” in the garage making it look professional; something that has not existed in the last 15 years! As well, they offered alternatives for hooking-up an existing turntable which allowed it to play over the wireless system. They were diligent, thorough and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone whether you’re looking for something simple or some high-end solutions.”

“I can’t say enough about our experience with Audio Video San Diego. Our home came with an 8 year old Bose System, completely pre-wired for 5 additional rooms and courtyard. We were considering going with the Bose system until Dave introduced the Sonos system and provided a cost difference between the systems. The cost was negligible, but the Sonos platform and user interface was something that we would will never get with a Bose system. Dave walk us through our options and itemized every component cost as needed. His pricing is transparent and his labor is more than fair. I went back to Pac Sales to get some outdoor speakers for the patio, and wanted them integrated with the HTS. They again recommended Dave’s company. It was a tricky installation and program since my receiver is a few years old but they did a great job and it works well for TV, Pandora, FM Radio–you name it, and with a separate external volume control. Recently the sound during TV broadcasts quit working. Tried numerous ways to fix/reprogram it, finally called Dave. He was able to pull up my receiver and remote on line, WAHHLAA in 5 minutes he had me reprogram the remote and fix the “Multi-channel Stereo” I wrote it down in case it happens again! :) Highly recommend these guys!!”
